Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is seeking a proactive PMO professional to challenge and simplify processes, driving continuous improvement across a multinational portfolio. You will support the Head of Operations Projects PMO, deliver accurate program reporting, and coach PMs in PMO best practices.

The role requires strong data analytics, governance experience, and excellent communication. Flexible/hybrid working options in Warsaw with opportunities for remote work are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO experience in IT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with governance, reporting and financials (Clarity, SAP).
• Multinational work experience with daily use of a foreign language(s).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Track portfolio metrics, financials, risks, issues, and reporting progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly steering reports and manage actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
• Identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure success.
• Ensure projects comply with the Group Technology PPM governance model.
• Collaborate with numerous departments and international colleagues.
• Support PMO governance, methods, templates, and standards.
• Manage project resources from onboarding to reporting.
• Provide coaching to project managers and share PMO best practices.
