Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, focused on enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality SaaS solutions and leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, strategy, and execution of platform enhancements for the Webex Partner Hub.
• Provide architectural oversight and rigorous code reviews to ensure performance and scalability.
• Bridge Product Management, UX, and engineering for high-impact solutions.
• Champion CI/CD, security, observability, and automated testing for resilient development.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster a culture of learning.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical bottlenecks to ensure reliability.
