Job summary

Cisco’s Webex Engineering Group is seeking an Engineering Technical Leader to drive the Partner Hub architecture and deliver high-impact platform enhancements. You will provide architectural guidance, lead complex features, and mentor engineers to build scalable, secure, and resilient SaaS solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Product Management, UX, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex software solutions within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Demonstrated history of leading technical projects and navigating cross-functional team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, strategy, and execution of complex platform enhancements and feature sets for the Webex Partner Hub.
• Provide expert architectural oversight and rigorous code reviews to uphold the highest standards of system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Serve as a bridge between Product Management, UX, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact technical solutions.
• Champion industry best practices in CI/CD, security, observability, and automated testing to sustain a high-velocity, resilient development environment.
• Serve as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, driving a culture of continuous learning and technical advancement.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve system-wide technical bottlenecks to ensure platform reliability and long-term stability.
