Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Webex Partner Hub in Kraków. You will lead architecture and scale a robust ecosystem, enabling partners to manage customer lifecycles, provision services, and derive insights.

The role drives platform scalability, collaboration, and business value across a distributed team. You'll shape technical roadmaps, promote CI/CD and security practices, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software on schedule in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering, incl. 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Understanding of modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to manage complex multi-functional projects and deliver on schedule.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Service Owner for Partner Hub with end-to-end accountability for service health, reliability, security, and lifecycle management.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers focused on the Partner Hub platform.
• Drive the technical roadmap and delivery of features to enhance partner productivity and scalability.
• Foster an agile development environment while maintaining high standards for code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence including CI/CD, security, and observability.
