Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams in SaaS/cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to manage complex multi-functional projects and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Service Owner for Partner Hub with end-to-end accountability for health, reliability, security, and lifecycle management.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers focused on the Partner Hub platform.
• Drive the technical roadmap and delivery of features to boost partner productivity and scalability.
• Foster an agile development culture with high standards for code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Champion engineering excellence including CI/CD, security, and observability.
