Job summary

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing ITAM, ITSM, or SAM solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and plan SLM, ITAM, and ITSM solution architectures.
Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions.
Support migrations, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements.
Monitor solution performance and data quality across customer environments.
Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
