Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH in Poland is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to design and implement Software Asset Management solutions and system integrations. You will work with Snow Software, ITAM/ITSM concepts, and data analysis while supporting delivery teams on customer projects and solution improvements.

You will gain hands-on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analytics while contributing to customer projects and solution

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
• Basic knowledge about ITIL standard.
• Interest in software licensing, technology management, and IT processes.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data.
• Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Snow Software and related SLM solutions.
• Assist with software inventory, compliance, and asset management activities.
• Help analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations.
• Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Learn and develop expertise in SAM, ITAM, and software licensing best practices.

As our new Flexera / Snow Software Junior Technical Consultant, you will support delivery Teams in the implementation and operation of Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands‑on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analysis while contributing to customer projects and solution improvements.

What we need to see from you
