Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to design and implement Software Lifecycle Management solutions, including Snow Software integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements across customer environments.

You will work with customers, consultants, and engagement managers to deliver successful outcomes and ensure data quality, licensing compliance, and effective multi-project coordination in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

Qualifications

• Broad technology knowledge with experience in system integration and solution design.
• Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), ideally with Snow Software expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing ITAM, ITSM, or SAM solutions.
• Knowledge of software licensing and software asset optimization.
• Analytical skills with Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan SLM, ITAM, and ITSM solution architectures.
• Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions.
• Support migrations, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements.
• Monitor solution performance and data quality across customer environments.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
