Job summary

SoftwareOne in Poland is seeking a Flexera / Snow Software Junior Technical Consultant to support delivery teams in the implementation and operation of Software Lifecycle Management solutions. You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analysis on customer projects.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or ITSM concepts.
Basic knowledge about ITIL standard.
Interest in software licensing and IT processes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel and data.
Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and configuration of Snow Software and related SLM solutions
Assist with software inventory, compliance, and asset management activities
Help analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations
Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations
Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance
Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
Learn and develop expertise in SAM, ITAM, and software licensing best practices
