Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant to support customers through the full lifecycle of Software Lifecycle Management solutions. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements.

You will collaborate closely with customers and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and operation of SLM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM), ITAM, or ITSM environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Snow Software solutions across customer environments.
• Design and support integrations between SAM, ITAM, and ITSM platforms.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and solution optimization initiatives.
• Analyze licensing and software usage data to provide customer recommendations.
• Troubleshoot issues and support platform enhancements.

Practical Information

Location: Poland | Work Arrangement: Remote | Language Requirements: Fluent Polish & Communicative English | Visa Requirements:Valid working visa for Poland

As our new Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant you will support customers throughout the full lifecycle of Software Lifecycle Management solutions, from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements across customer environments. Working closely with customers, consultants, and engagement managers, you will contribute to the successful delivery and operation of SLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Snow Software solutions across customer environments
• Design and support integrations between SAM, ITAM, and ITSM platforms
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and solution optimization initiatives
• Analyze licensing and software usage data to provide customer recommendations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing platform enhancementsMonitor system performance, data quality, and operational effectiveness
• Work closely with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives

What we need to see from you

• Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), ITSM, or related solutions
• Hands‑on experience with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Experience supporting system integrations, implementations, or technical consulting projects
• Understanding of software licensing and software lifecycle management concepts
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools
• Working knowledge of databases, APIs, automation technologies, or scripting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to successful project outcomes
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset
• Relevant SAM, ITAM, or ITSM certification
• Nice to have
  - Experience with other ITAM solutions
  - Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies
  - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
