Job summary
SoftwareOne in Poland is seeking a Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant to design and implement Software Asset Management solutions and system integrations across customer environments. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle.
The role requires experience with SAM, ITAM, ITSM, strong Excel/data analysis, and good communication.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAM/ITAM/ITSM environments and related solutions.
- Hands-on with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting integrations, implementations or consulting projects.
- Understanding of software licensing and lifecycle management.
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills and scripting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Snow Software solutions across customer environments.
- Design and support integrations between SAM, ITAM, and ITSM platforms.
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and solution optimization initiatives.
- Analyze licensing and software usage data to provide customer recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing platform enhancements.
- Monitor data quality and system performance, ensuring delivery success.
