Linklaters in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Technology Support Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technology support across the local office and support to the Europe region. The role acts as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, providing expert guidance and proactive service improvements.

Based in the Warsaw office, you will escalate complex incidents, coordinate with global teams, and lead local deployments while ensuring effective vendor management and AV support for client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior IT support or service operations within a global organisation.
• Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate technical issues to business language.
• Experience acting as escalation point for critical incidents.
• Experience collaborating with global teams to support a 24/7 technology environment.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technology contact for business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality support for the Warsaw office.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and drive technology adoption.
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and escalation for complex incidents.
• Partner with global Technology & Data teams to resolve service issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate or lead local project deployments and related communications.
• Manage operational relationships with outsourced service providers and third‑party vendors.
• Support the implementation of technology initiatives and local adoption.
• Coordinate responses to critical incidents and service disruptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and consistency regionally.
• Provide AV support for high‑profile meetings and events, managing all AV components.
• Proactively monitor regional ticket trends and recurring issues.
• Contribute to continual improvement of processes and tools.
