Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III to empower clients using our Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud. You will operate in a 24/7/365 environment, troubleshoot mission-critical AI training workloads, and mentor teammates while shaping operational playbooks and training programs.

You will collaborate with engineers and researchers, act as a technical escalation point, and ensure swift, high-touch support within tight SLAs.

Qualifications

5+ years in cloud support, systems administration, or technical support engineering.
Proven hands-on Kubernetes administration, workload orchestration, and containerised environments.
Solid Linux systems administration, networking, load balancing, storage, and node management.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line support enabling clients to use Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure.
Mentor team members and deliver technical training.
Conduct ticket quality assurance reviews and refine support playbooks.
Serve as escalation point for high-priority cases and ensure swift, high-touch communications and SLAs.
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve platform reliability.
