Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions for digital media and communications. Katowice-based BI Analysts work closely with senior stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable requirements for development teams, while leading SAFe/ Scrum practices and mentoring junior analysts.

You will own the backlog, drive cross-market requirements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and AWS teams to deliver scalable services across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT with a relevant specialization.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Proven track record leading analysis in complex software projects.
• Strong experience in agile and SAFe environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Postman, Draw.io, DataDog and related tools.
• Good understanding of AWS, cloud-native apps, and microservices.
• Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, integrations and networking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence across business and technical teams.
• Strong presentation and communication with senior management.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across complex products and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather objectives and requirements.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications for development.
• Drive solution design with business, product, and engineering teams.
• Consolidate requirements across stakeholders, teams and markets.
• Own and manage the product backlog and priorities.
• Lead service rollouts across markets and scenarios.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and expectations.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and successful implementations.
• Coordinate issue resolution, troubleshooting, defects, and support.
• Drive requirements engineering and maintain documentation standards.
• Partner with AWS and microservices teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as SME for product, business and functional knowledge.
• Mentor less experienced Business Analysts.
• Work in an agile environment using Scrum and SAFe.
