Job summary

Reply, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit, analyze and document requirements, craft user stories and maintain a comprehensive backlog. You will partner with frontend teams and UX/UI designers, coordinate stakeholders across markets, and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection.

Regular Katowice office visits are expected. You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring readiness and Definition of Done for all stories, while maintaining traceability to implementation

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools.
• Stakeholder management experience in large organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Basic familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping or wireframing (nice to have).
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers on implementation, providing clear and detailed requirements
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Done
• Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation
