• At least 4 years of experience recruiting Executive profiles in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Full-cycle recruitment expertise from requirements and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Ability to adapt to and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from technical leaders to business partners.
• Deep understanding of recruiting strategies and market dynamics in competitive landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English.
