Job summary

Heritage Holdings is building a Modern Investment Office and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our trajectory by identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional leaders who will define our future.

You will partner with founders and senior leaders, own end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure, and drive international searches with a focus on rigorous, high-quality evaluation and an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of executive recruitment experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirements to closing.
• Proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders from technical leaders to business partners.
• Deep understanding of recruitment strategies and market dynamics in competitive landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for strategically critical roles across the org.
• Lead searches across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure.
• Partner with founders and leaders to define role scope and success profiles.
• Design targeted sourcing strategies and engage top candidates directly.
• Drive hiring across multiple geographies with a rigorous evaluation process.
