Job summary

Sprout Social is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Kraków. You’ll provide technical assistance to end-users, maintain our tools, and help improve the overall user experience across the organization.

You’ll contribute to IT inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with teams like AI & Automation while embracing generative AI insights and modern support practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a IT Support Specialist
• Must work from Kraków office at least one day per week
• Proven technical support experience with Apple and Windows computers

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end-users and improve their overall experience
• Learn tooling and systems; maintain and improve IT services
