Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is seeking technology specialists to move projects onto a new track using the latest tech stack. You will join a global team and work on international projects with top leaders in the industry, delivering supply chain transformation using OMP.

Position involves hybrid work: 2 days in Katowice office and 3 days remote, with opportunities for continuous learning, collaboration across EY teams, and exposure to a broad EY client network.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on experience with OMP modules and transformation projects
• Fluent English
• Understanding of S&OP and planning/scheduling
• Ability to deliver data assessments for optimization
• Willingness to upskill OMP capabilities
• Willingness to work at client location as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation to improve KPIs
• Design planning solutions and operating models, lead workshops and fit-gap assessments
• Translate business requirements into OMP functionalities
• Model master data and configure OMP per user stories
• Support Sprint and UAT Testing
• Validate data to build optimization models and reports
• Provide system solutions and process adjustments
• Upskill to upgrade planning capabilities
