Job summary

Norconsult Poland is part of the Norconsult Group, delivering projects for the Danish market through its Polish teams. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will design structural solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BSc/MSc) required.
Minimum 5 years in structural design within consulting or contractor environments.
Experience designing steel and reinforced concrete structures; timber and composite structures a plus.
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and structural design standards.
Experience in a BIM environment and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

Design steel, concrete, timber, and composite structures for a variety of projects.
Perform structural analysis, calculations, and engineering assessments.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations, and construction documentation.
Coordinate structural solutions with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
