Job summary

Norconsult Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to design and deliver structural solutions for projects on the Danish market.

You will collaborate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable designs across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Structural/Civil Eng or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in structural design within consulting or contractor environment.
• Experience with steel and reinforced concrete, timber and composites.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and design standards.
• Experience in BIM environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience performing structural calculations and producing technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design steel, concrete, timber and composite structures for diverse projects.
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate structural solutions with architects and engineers.
• Support planning, risk assessments and value engineering.
• Review documentation for codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
