Job summary

Foundation Marketing seeks a Strategy Manager to oversee a $2M+ book of business, mentoring strategists and aligning senior client stakeholders with strategic direction. You will own client relationships at the oversight level and defend recommendations under pressure.

You will lead GEO-driven content strategy, review deliverables, and partner with Account Management to ensure strategic alignment and revenue growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital strategy or multi-channel marketing strategy with oversight experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop at least one direct report.
• GEO fluency and experience building content for AI/answer engines.
• Strong B2B or SaaS/tech client portfolio with executive-facing delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the client oversight relationship, serving as the senior point of contact for budget decision-makers.
• Drive GEO-aligned strategy execution and oversee content plans, QBRs, and monthly reporting.
• Lead and coach a small team of strategists, building PDPs and advancing skills.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth with strategic rationale.
