Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or Reddit.
• Proven success developing digital marketing programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
• Experience managing content ecosystems and coordinating across teams.
• Exceptional ability to present and deliver consultative value to clients and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication — able to translate complex insights into clear Narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
• Analyze analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover opportunities.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Creative, and Operational teams.
• Conduct recurring GEO audits, identifying growth gaps and improvements.
• Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior strategists and foster structured thinking and communication.
• Ensure alignment between content initiatives and larger business KPIs.
