Job summary

Foundation seeks a GEO Strategist to design and lead AI Visibility strategies that drive growth through GEO channels such as on-site content, Reddit, YouTube, Linkedin, Earned Media & Technical SEO. You will transform performance data into actionable strategy while partnering across teams and clients.

You will analyze complex data, lead planning sessions with SEO, Creative, and Operations, and mentor junior strategists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or Reddit.
• Proven success developing digital marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills with common tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead data-driven GEO strategies aligned with objectives.
• Analyze analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and trends for opportunities.
• Lead collaborative planning with SEO, Creative, and Ops teams.
• Conduct GEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Build scalable frameworks and documentation for strategy execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders with clarity.
• Mentor junior strategists in analysis and communication.
• Maintain alignment between content initiatives and KPIs.
