Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks an STIBO STEP MDM Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of STEP MDM/PIM solutions. The role emphasizes technical depth, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

You will guide architecture, data models, governance, and migration strategies, working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions.
• At least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, deployment.
• Customer-facing experience and strong technical background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver STEP solution using best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.
• Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business processes based on industry standards and best practices.
• Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules.
• Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals.
