Job summary

Robert Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Stibo STEP Platform Specialist to lead the evolution of our global data platform. You will shape platform features, ensure data governance, and drive the migration from on-premise systems to the Stibo SaaS Cloud while coordinating with Stibo Systems and partners.

You will act as a high-level technical consultant across Bosch development teams, set quality standards, and support audits to keep the platform secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience administering, configuring, and tailoring the Stibo STEP platform; STEP SaaS is a plus.
• Passion for modern DevOps, automation, and AI-driven code quality tools.
• Strong IT operations background (ITIL) with on-premise and cloud experience.
• Analytical, proactive, agile mindset with ability to challenge processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical quality standards of the Stibo STEP platform and define development guidelines.
• Drive the migration roadmap from on‑premise to Stibo SaaS Cloud and build scalable cloud architecture.
• Serve as main technical counterpart to Stibo Systems and external partners; manage SLAs and upgrades.
• Provide high-level technical consulting for Bosch development and business teams, optimize monitoring.
• Support audits and ensure global platform compliance and security.
