Qualifications
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical experience administering, configuring, and tailoring the Stibo STEP platform; STEP SaaS is a plus.
- Passion for modern dev-ops, automation, and AI-driven code quality/testing.
- Solid ITIL-based operations knowledge, on-prem and cloud architectures.
- Analytical, self-driven, and thrives in agile setups with proactive process improvement.
- Excellent English communication; German is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own technical quality standards for the platform and design/implement platform features and guidelines.
- Lead migration roadmaps from on-premise to Stibo SaaS Cloud and build scalable cloud architecture.
- Serve as main technical contact to Stibo Systems and partners; manage SLAs and upgrades.
- Provide high-level platform support and incident resolution for internal teams.
- Assist with IT security and compliance audits to keep the global platform compliant.
