Job summary

Bosch Polska is seeking an Application Specialist to help shape and implement IT products for internal Bosch customers within PIM and Master Data Management. You will collaborate across IT, departments, and business stakeholders on Stibo STEP and related data initiatives.

The role involves analyzing customer requirements, configuring the PIM system, and working with global stakeholders, testers, and data integration tasks. English proficiency is essential for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or in a related field.
• 3+ years of implementation, operating or consulting experience with complex IT systems.
• Practical experience in Master Data Management systems, preferably Product Information Management and SAP.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English language skills (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements.
• Create technical implementation concepts, including data models.
• Configure and develop the PIM application Stibo STEP.
• Collaborate with Bosch-internal stakeholders worldwide, especially in SAP MDM.
• Import partly structured data into the applications.
• Work with testers on application and integration tests.
• Identify root causes of application and interface errors.
