Job summary

DSV is seeking an experienced Senior Business Architect to shape and govern the future-state architecture of Master Data Management (MDM). You will bridge strategy, processes, data, governance, and technology, translating complex needs into scalable business architecture and delivering supporting capabilities.

You will define future-state MDM capabilities, ensure alignment across Finance Transformation and Enterprise Architecture, and lead global discovery and design workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior business architecture and enterprise analysis.
• Experience translating strategy into capability maps and operating models.
• Strong capability in requirements engineering and process modelling.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs across functions and countries.
• Knowledge of MDM, data governance, and enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain future-state business architecture for MDM capabilities, processes, governance, operating models, and information flows.
• Translate transformation objectives into capability maps, target operating models, value streams, and roadmaps.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Lead discovery, fit-gap, and design workshops with global stakeholders.
• Link business objectives with architecture design, requirements, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment between MDM, Finance Transformation, and governance bodies.
• Lead business analysis activities: requirements gathering, process modelling, business rules, user stories, and specs.
• Support governance forums and decision-ready materials.
• Assist project teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Contribute to architecture standards and reusable patterns.
