Job summary
Bosch Polska is seeking a Senior Stibo STEP Platform Specialist to drive global master data initiatives. You will own platform quality, design robust transport workflows, and lead the migration from on‑prem to the Stibo SaaS cloud, ensuring security and performance.
You’ll coordinate with Stibo Systems and internal teams on upgrades, SLAs, and monitoring enhancements. Ideal candidates have hands‑on Stibo STEP experience, IT operations knowledge, an agile mindset, and strong English
Qualifications
- Education in software engineering or CS or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical Stibo STEP administration, configuration, and customization.
- Passion for modern dev-ops, automation, and AI-driven quality tools.
- Solid IT operations background with on-prem and cloud exposure.
- Analytical, self-driven, and thrives in agile setups.
- Excellent English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own platform quality standards, design transport workflows and guidelines.
- Lead migration from on-prem to Stibo SaaS cloud architecture.
- Coordinate with Stibo Systems and partners on upgrades and SLAs.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level platform operations support and incident analysis.
- Assist audits and ensure security/compliance across the platform.
