Jamf seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to balance fast development with reliable services. You will define SLOs, lead production issue investigations, and drive automation and AI-assisted tooling to scale reliability globally.

This is an individual contributor role at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Technical Support. This role is remote in Poland with possible office work and sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, SRE or production operations.
• Strong production troubleshooting skills across the stack using profilers, dumps, traces, and logs.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Hands-on experience operating production services on AWS (EC2, S3, EKS, RDS/Aurora).
• Experience using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, LogicMonitor).
• Experience writing infrastructure as code.
• Experience coding in a general-purpose language (Python, Go, Java).
• Experience applying AI effectively in SRE, including safe production access and data handling.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Experience improving AI-enabled workflows and reusable prompts or repository context.
• Preferred: SQL optimization, CI/CD tooling, chaos engineering, FinOps.

Responsabilidades

• Define service-level objectives and error budgets with engineering teams.
• Investigate complex production issues across application, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Produce runbooks, architecture notes, postmortems, and concept proofs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead automation and AI-driven tooling to eliminate toil.
• Configure AI agents with proper context, tests, and guardrails for safe changes.
• Participate in ceremonies and cross-team collaboration on reliability initiatives.
• Mentor engineers on SRE practices and AI usage in reliability work.
• Advise leadership during critical customer escalations.
• Scale the SRE practice with standards and tooling improvements.
