Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to drive design, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions within the Commerce DevOps Hub. You will translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and partner with Product Owners to align with roadmaps.

You will guide senior engineers, manage technical debt, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with in-house teams and external partners to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in solution engineering or related IT roles.
Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Experience with system integration and data flows across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deliver IT solutions within Dynamics 365 and Azure.
Lead architecture discussions and align with product roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery with a focus on quality and scalability.
Mentor engineers, manage technical debt, and support cross-functional teams.
