Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Junior Solution Engineer in the Customer Service Team to design, configure and integrate IT solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You will work with Product Owners and other DevOps members to translate business needs into technical specifications and services, ensuring on-time delivery across the Commerce landscape.

• 2+ years of working experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Familiar with configuration management principles and development tools.
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
• Agile environment experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world solutions.
• Pragmatic, collaborative team player.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Ability to make critical technical decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• design, configuration, development and integration of IT solutions within Dynamics 365 CE stack
• tailor technical solutions for OpCo requirements using existing products or services
• customizing and configuring systems to meet scope
• developing and maintaining configuration rules based on business requirements
• communicating with users and OpCos, coordinating with PO and DevOps teams
• contributing to the integration of solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources
• participating in testing and validation of configured solutions
• providing basic troubleshooting and technical support
• adhering to solution standards and architectural guidelines
• documenting configuration processes and best practices
• staying updated on team technologies and mentoring from senior team members
• following deployment process and gathering requirements for product configurations
• coordinating with other Commerce teams to maintain high quality standards
• staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in our landscape
• working on continuous improvement of IT and business processes
