Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków's Digital & Technology Team is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Solution Architecture Manager to lead a ~10-strong team of solution architects.

You will bridge business goals with technical delivery, shape the multi-year roadmap for digital commerce, and ensure solutions meet budget and timeline constraints.

Fluent English required; based in Kraków, Poland; certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with focus on digital commerce.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical teams.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of headless commerce and composable architectures.
• Experience in consumer goods or international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 solution architects across enterprise digital commerce initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and designs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Program management to deliver programs on time and budget.
• Ensure designs align with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
• Drive architecture governance and evaluation of new technologies.
