Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Digital & Technology professional to join the Commerce DevOps Hub. You will design and deliver IT solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, and Power Platform, collaborating with engineers, product owners and QA specialists to ensure robust, scalable implementations.

The role involves Agile ceremonies, integration work across Heineken systems, and supporting deployments globally while growing your technical skills in a fast-paced environment with international teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in a relevant field (including internships or projects).
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Basic understanding of Power Platform and/or Power Automate.
• Ability to work with engineers of varying experience.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving interest.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to priorities.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Familiar with configuration management principles and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and deliver IT solutions within Dynamics CE and Azure stack.
• Customize and engineer solutions with the team.
• Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives).
• Support testing, QA and documentation of delivered solutions.
• Learn and apply Heineken engineering standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Owners and QA Specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployment and release activities across Test, ACC and Production environments globally.
• Identify and flag technical blockers and collaborate with other product teams.
• Participate in testing and validation of configured solutions for accuracy.
