Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role leading development teams.
• Proven track record in performance management and team leadership within Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 24+ Software and QA Engineers.
• Drive technical transformation by migrating applications to AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with Product Management, Project Services, and Data Center Ops to deliver web apps, APIs, and batch systems for Banking/Insurance clients.
• Champion Agile excellence by coaching teams in Agile, Lean, XP methodologies.
• Execute strategic initiatives aligning team objectives with goals and measure results.
• Provide technical leadership to stakeholders shaping product direction and architecture.
