AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration.

You will translate high-level goals into workstreams, drive cross‑functional execution with engineering teams, manage dependencies, and ensure testing, release readiness, and production cutover.

Strong cloud knowledge and experience coordinating distributed teams across North America and India are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong track record leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Practical cloud knowledge, especially AWS and GCP, and expertise mapping AWS to GCP.
• Experience leading AWS-to-GCP migration programs and coordinating cross‑region teams.
• Ability to decompose high‑level programs into detailed workstreams, milestones and plans.
• Proven skills in risk management, escalation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to drive testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration, workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.
• Lead planning and coordination for the AWS-to-GCP migration, including validation and cutover readiness.
• Translate backlog items into detailed workstreams, milestones, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand architecture, components, APIs, cloud services, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• Establish backlogs/roadmaps, risk management, and issue escalation processes.
• Prepare weekly status reports and present to stakeholders.
