Job summary

Mobility Global seeks an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cloud architectures for development teams. You will work across AWS services and Kubernetes environments, driving automation and security practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering groups, prototyping new technologies, and educating stakeholders on cloud tool usage. Experience with IaC and modern CI/CD pipelines is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS product offerings (EC2, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).
• Experience with Kubernetes or managed Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Experience with the AWS Console, CLI and SDK.
• Experience with Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation.
• Experience migrating software applications to AWS.
• Familiarity with Traefik, gloo or Ambassador (Envoy is a plus).
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript/NodeJS, Golang or Python).
• Proficient in AI-based dev tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Broad DevSecOps skills for cloud architectures.
• Operational experience and uptime ownership.

• Communicate pain points to teams and evangelize best practices.
• Educate stakeholders on proper use of cloud tools and services.
