Auctane is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of our Playwright-based test automation platform within our Polish hub. You will mentor engineers, set best practices, and drive improvements across our Speedship ecosystem.

The role requires a strong background in Java 17+ with Spring, plus a track record of architecting large-scale systems and delivering high-quality code. Polish and English are mandatory, and the position embraces hybrid work in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• +3 years of experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot / Spring Framework and at least 5 years total experience in the software development field
• Demonstrated ability to architect and lead technical initiatives
• Proven ability to architect and maintain large-scale software systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and scalability
• Leadership capability without requiring formal management title
• Initiative to identify and solve problems proactively
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required for this role
