Job summary

Capgemini Polska is looking for a senior Python developer to design and deliver scalable cloud-based back-end solutions. You will work with international teams on complex software systems, supporting AI and GenAI initiatives and setting technical standards.

You will combine hands-on development, architecture design, and knowledge sharing within a strong engineering community, with opportunities to mentor peers and grow your technical leadership in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development with scalable architectures.
• Experience building AI/GenAI solutions and LLM-based apps.
• Strong knowledge of Python data science libs (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
• Fluent German (min B2) and good English.
• Ability to design and deliver cloud-based back-end solutions.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge.

Your role

You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Python-based solutions in cloud environments. Working with international teams, you will contribute to complex software systems, support AI and GenAI initiatives, and influence technical standards across projects. You can expect a role with real impact, combining hands-on development, architecture design, and knowledge sharing within a strong engineering community.

• design and develop scalable back-end solutions using Python in cloud environments;
• contribute to solution architectures across Python, cloud and Java-based systems;
• act as a technical consultant or lead in Python development projects;
• support AI and GenAI initiatives, including LLM-based solutions;
• promote clean code, best practices, and high engineering standards;
• mentor team members and share technical knowledge through workshops.

Your profile

• Python Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in writing high-quality, scalable code and designing robust software architectures using libraries like Steamlit , Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery etc;
• preferred AI Development Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras, with practical experience in building AI-powered applications;
• preferred AI and LLM Skills: Expertise in frameworks like LangChain and hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA). Proficient in working with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering;
• System Integration: Proven ability to seamlessly integrate AI components with other system elements (e.g., APIs, databases) to deliver cohesive solutions;
• fluent German (min B2) is mandatory. Good command of English is required;
• continuous Learning: Eager to adopt new technologies and embrace technical challenges;
• collaboration and Independence: Highly organized, self-reliant, and passionate about sharing knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
