Capgemini Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Neo team, shaping the next generation of our global AI platform. You will connect employees with enterprise data, tools, and AI-powered experiences, enabling smarter ways of working.

You will design scalable applications, drive frontend and backend excellence, and collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to deliver impactful AI features and enterprise integrations across cloud deployments.

Your role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer within the Neo team at Capgemini, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of our global AI platform. Neo connects employees worldwide with enterprise data, digital tools, and AI-powered experiences, enabling smarter and more efficient ways of working.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and evolve scalable full-stack applications that power Capgemini's global AI platform
• Drive technical excellence across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated services
• Build high-performance user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS
• Create Python-based components supporting AI capabilities, automation, and data processing
• Architect and implement integrations connecting AI services, enterprise systems, and business applications
• Contribute to the development of advanced AI features, including conversational experiences, RAG workflows, and intelligent response generation
• Partner with architects, AI specialists, and product stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions
• Support cloud-native deployments and engineering best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly within a fast-evolving AI ecosystem

Your profile

• Proven experience in senior full-stack software engineering roles
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend architecture
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API design
• Strong Python skills, ideally gained through AI, machine learning, automation, or data-processing projects
• Experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise integrations
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and scalable application architecture
• Familiarity with modern AI application patterns, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production-grade environments
• Ability to operate independently, influence technical direction, and take ownership of complex initiatives
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
