Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and maintain modern digital solutions for insurance processes within a distributed enterprise environment.

You will build full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, NestJS, and Node.js, integrating with multiple services in the German ecosystem. Hybrid work enables collaboration with global teams while delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript for frontend and backend.
• Proven experience with React and modern frontend practices.
• Knowledge of Redis and RxJS.
• Hands-on NestJS backend development.
• Experience with Docker-based environments and CI/CD.
• Understanding of authentication and SAML security concepts.
• Exposure to German-language applications or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Build modern, responsive UIs with React 18.
• Develop backend services and APIs with NestJS and Node.js.
• Integrate applications with internal and external services in the German ecosystem.
• Create reusable libraries and shared code packages across projects.
• Implement authentication/authorization based on SAML with token management via Redis.
• Develop automated tests with Jest and support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Work with Docker containers deployed on AWS ECS and maintain production stability.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining modern digital solutions that support business-critical insurance processes and integrate with multiple backend services in the German ecosystem. You will be part of a team building and enhancing applications across the full stack — from responsive frontend interfaces to robust backend services and integrations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured enterprise environment, values software quality, and is comfortable operating in a distributed architecture with multiple service dependencies.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript across frontend and backend layers.
• Build modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React 18.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) components using NestJS 11 and Node.js.
• Integrate applications with multiple internal and external services within the German business ecosystem.
• Create and maintain reusable shared libraries and common code packages used across projects.
• Implement and support authentication and authorization mechanisms based on SAML, including token management with Redis.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Jest to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Work with containerized applications deployed using Docker and AWS ECS.
• Contribute to enterprise integrations with systems such as EDWIN/ECS and other business-critical platforms.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting issues, resolving vulnerabilities, and maintaining system stability.
• Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, testers, and development teams within an enterprise environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Proven experience with React and modern frontend development practices, knowledge of Redis and RxJS.
• Hands-on experience developing backend applications using NestJS.
• Strong understanding of Node.js development.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and working with distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of automated testing frameworks, particularly Jest.
• Experience working with Docker-based application environments.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of authentication and security concepts, particularly SAML.
• Experience in the insurance or broader financial services sector.
• Exposure to German-language applications, systems, or collaboration with German stakeholders.
