Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Associate Director of Information Security AI engineering to lead agentic AI initiatives within a global technology program. The role focuses on building AI agents and automation in Claude alongside Python and the Microsoft platform, with governance across technology assurance and policy.

You will guide teams on where AI adds value, establish safe adoption practices, and ensure verifiable outputs while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering.
• Experience building production AI solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Strong Python skills with automation of document and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation producing recurring program reporting.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing work by impact and risk.
• Guide teams across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy on AI usage and best practices.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption across the function and support teams.
• Verify AI outputs with reconciliation checks against source data on every run.
• Set standards for AI usage, including prompt engineering and data handling.
