• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product or subsystem through design, launch and iteration.
• Ability to translate customer or business challenges into technical solutions while balancing speed and quality.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and contributing to architectural decisions.
