SentinelOne in Poland is seeking a Senior Software Architect to drive a cloud-native evolution of a core system. You will lead the transformation from a monolithic Python stack toward scalable microservices in Java and Go, with Kubernetes and multi-cloud in focus.

Join a mission-driven team to design, implement, and mentor across engineering groups, ensuring reliability, performance, and rapid delivery for global SaaS scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading a transition from monolithic to cloud-native microservices.
• Proficiency in Java (primary) and Go; Python is a plus.
• Experience with Kubernetes and multi-cloud deployments (AWS/GCP).
• Strong technical communication and influence across teams.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable microservices architecture for global SaaS scale.
• Lead the migration from a monolithic system to cloud-native microservices.
• Evaluate and adopt tools, frameworks, and methodologies for a robust ecosystem.
• Develop POCs, review code, and contribute production-grade Java code.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with global teams across product, design, QA, and DevOps.
