Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build and optimize data services at scale across Kubernetes clusters and multiple clouds. You will drive cloud portability, automate lifecycle workflows, and ensure low latency and high throughput for petabyte-scale daily data.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in infrastructure/DevOps, strong Kubernetes expertise, and practical IaC/GitOps experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on with self-hosted Kafka/Redis in Kubernetes.
• Strong Kubernetes internals knowledge for stateless/stateful workloads.
• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• IaC and GitOps using Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Scripting or development skills in Python, Go, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, operation, and end-to-end platform experience of mission-critical distributed data services across Kubernetes clusters and multi-cloud environments.
• Unlock cloud portability by building automated, self-service infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and on-prem environments.
• Manage and scale data infrastructure handling petabytes/day ingestion for low latency and high throughput.
• Consolidate and optimize multi-tenant Kafka clusters to reduce cost and improve resilience.
• Drive lifecycle automation for distributed data services using GitOps (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform).
• Define standards for observability, HA, backup, and DR in Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with FinOps and engineering to optimize performance and cost across data platforms.
