Job summary

SentinelOne in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Streaming, Caching, DBaaS to design, scale, and optimize our core data and caching platforms running across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.

You will own end-to-end platform experiences for distributed data services, automate with GitOps, and collaborate with FinOps and engineering to improve performance, cost, and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on with self-hosted Kafka and Redis on Kubernetes and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and stateless/stateful workloads.
• Multi-cloud production experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with IaC and GitOps using Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and operation of data services like Kafka/Redis across Kubernetes and multi-cloud.
• Build automated, self-service infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and air-gapped on-prem.
• Scale data ingestion to petabytes per day with low latency.
• Optimize multi-tenant Kafka clusters for cost and resilience.
• Drive automation with GitOps to reduce toil and pager burden.
• Define observability, HA, backup, and DR standards in Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with FinOps and engineering to optimize performance and cost.
