Job summary
Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Control Engineer to join a project focused on power supply systems for AC Electric Arc Furnaces. You will design, develop, and maintain MLSL applications for Medium Voltage Drive Control systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your background in Electrical and Control Engineering, with MATLAB and Simulink expertise, will drive control algorithm development and integration across ABB platforms and real-time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, or control systems.
- Deep expertise in MATLAB and Simulink for control algorithms.
- Experience with medium voltage drive control and ABB platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MLSL applications for MV drive control.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for software.
- Develop and validate control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Configure and test control logic on ABB platforms.
- Support software integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize drive control strategies for industrial power electronics.
- Work with Control Builder and CodeSys environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers.
