Job summary

Fujitsu in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Software Developer (SharePoint/.NET) to design, develop, and lead enterprise software solutions on-site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with SharePoint, C#, .NET, and Power Platform, as well as strong architectural and documentation skills.

You will drive system architecture, lead development teams, and ensure delivery quality through Scrum practices, performance optimization, and rigorous testing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

The external service provider will perform the following typical tasks and responsibilities:

• System Development & Architecture: Designs and develops systems, translates requirements into functional designs, and prototypes software solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Leads development teams, sets software development standards, and estimates effort and timelines for development tasks.
• System Optimization: Optimizes software from performance, security, and quality perspectives while collecting and interpreting software metrics.
• Problem Solving: Proposes technical solutions to address business needs and complex technical problems.
• Documentation: Produces technical documentation and documents all development activities.
• Lifecycle Support: Contributes to requirements analysis, system testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment processes.
• Operations & Support: Manages configuration and releases, acts as 2nd and 3rd line support, and tests solutions while developing dedicated testing tools.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

The candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Lifecycle Experience: Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of a software solution.
• Domain Expertise: Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain.
• Design Proficiency: Knows UML and is proficient in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.
• Methodology: Practical experience working in Scrum development environments.
• Team Leadership: Capable of leading technical development teams.
• Documentation & Problem Solving: Holds the ability to document technical solutions effectively and presents strong problem-solving skills.

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE (Mandatory)

• Developed advanced consumption of SharePoint data using PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Developed server-side code (C# / .NET Framework / SQL) including Web Parts, Event Receivers, and Timer Jobs.
• Holds valid Microsoft Certificates relevant for the profile.
• Developed SharePoint Online solutions using the Power Platform.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES

At least one (1) certification from the following list (or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the Contracting Authority) is mandatory:

• An Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain.
• An internationally recognized equivalent certification (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).
