Job summary

Act Digital is seeking a Senior Software Developer for a leading European institution. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise software, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Required is 6+ years in IT, 3+ years in project roles, and expertise in SharePoint on-premises (2019/Subscription), SPFx, React/TypeScript, PnPjs, .NET/C#, IIS, and SQL Server. On-site presence in Warsaw 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• University degree corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (Bachelor level).
• Minimum 6 years of IT-relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position.
• At least 1 certification among Advanced-level certificate in the software development technology domain or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS :

Required Certifications :

At least 1 certification among:

• Advanced-level certificate in the software development technology domain.

Or:

• An equivalent internationally recognized certification.

Knowledge & Skills :

• Experience with at least one complete solution lifecycle.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise-level software systems development in the specified technology domain.
• Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications using UML.
• Proficiency in designing and developing data, business logic, and UI layers.
• Experience working in Scrum development environments.
• Ability to lead technical teams.
• Ability to effectively document technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience developing enterprise applications on SharePoint on-premises (2019 / Subscription Edition) using SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs, including custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS and SQL Server.
• Experience taking over and evolving an existing third-party code base, including code review, refactoring, technical-debt management, and regression testing.
• Experience working within a Scrum team using Azure DevOps Boards, Repos with pull-request workflows, and Pipelines.
• Experience integrating line-of-business applications with identity and external systems, including EU Login / SAML / Entra ID, REST APIs, notifications, and document management.
• Experience in performance optimization of list-based SharePoint solutions.
• Ability to work directly with business owners, analysts, and testers on backlog refinement, estimation, and acceptance.

(!) IMPORTANT :

• Open to candidates able to work near-site in Warsaw, Poland, with regular on-site presence 2-3 days per week.
